body

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Local Agency Project Agreement (LAPA) with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for the Harlinsdale Farm Multi-Use Path & Bridge (PIN 126630.00).

Preliminary rankings place this project in the top 10 of potential projects for funding with the FY 2019 - 2028 CIP. The preliminary estimated cost of this project is just over $3,000,000. The $2,000,000 in federal funds is only eligible for the reimbursement of construction costs. Therefore, the anticipated total cost to the City is just over $1,000,000. There is also some possible private project funding through Friends of Frankl...
