Consideration of Change Order No. 1 to the Construction Contract (COF Contract No. 2017-0264) with Kiewit Infrastructure South, Co., for the Water Reclamation Facility Modifications and Expansion Project for a Cost Increase of $180,565.00 (05-23-19 CIC 4-0)
