Purpose
The purpose of this memoransum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Change Order No. 2 to the On-Call Annual Contract for Stormwater and Drainage Improvements (COF Contract No. 2015-0084) with Sessions Paving Company for a time extension through June 30, 2018.

It is typical for the City to re-bid on-call annual contracts on a three (3) year cycle. Therefore, Change Order No. 2 will represent the final time extension to COF Contract No. 2015-0084
Financial Impact
