Acknowledgement of City of Franklin Contract No. 2017-0210 Interactive Systems Security System & Services Agreement

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the yearly contract with Interactive Systems for the Parks Departments alarm system within existing facilities.
Background
In August of 2017, the Parks Department entered into a system purchase and service agreement with Interactive Systems for Jim Warren Park Concession Stands and Liberty Park Concession Stand.
Financial Impact
The department budgets yearly for service agreement fees for 24-hour monitoring services for concession stands. The total balance for initial install and activation was $3,884.75.

Staff is informing the Board of Mayor and Alderman COF Contract No. 2017-0210 was signed on-behalf of BOMA by the City Administrator on August 30, 2017. The memorandum is to provide documentation this action took place through following existing City procurement processes.
