The purpose of this memo is to notify and provide information to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) regarding the contract approved on behalf of BOMA between the City of Franklin and ShutterBus of Alabama.
Background
The City entered into a contract with ShutterBus of Alabama for their services at the 2019 Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Financial Impact
The cost of the agreement is $1695. This cost will be covered by sponsors of the event.
