Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to forward a request for Sanitary Sewer Availability for 4034 Clovercroft Road (MAP 79 PARCEL 56.01).
Background
A request for sanitary sewer availability for 4034 Clovercroft Road (MAP 79 PARCEL 56.01) was submitted on October 19, 2017. The request is for 1 SFUE. This property is located outside of the City of Franklin city limits but within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary.
This availability was granted in November 2017, however, the term limit expired for the request and a resubmittal of availability by the homeowner has been submitted.

Recommendation
Staff recommends that this availability request be approved. This approval shall be contingent upon the proposed development meeting City’s policy on water and sanitary sewer availability as established by Resolution 2015-32.
