The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a recommendation for approval of a request for water availability for the above referenced property.

This property is located outside of the City limits. The church is already served by City of Franklin water. This applicant is requesting the addition of an irrigation meter and has requested approval.
