The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a recommendation for approval of a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.

Date of Request: 2/4/20. SFUE’s Requested: 1. Domestic Water Meter Size(s): 3/4”. This property is located outside of the City limits. The Five Mile Creek Interceptor is located in HOA-owned open space adjacent to this property. This applicant has requested approval.
