Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a recommendation for approval of a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.
Background
Date of Request: 1/23/20. SFUE’s Requested: 10. Domestic Water Meter Size(s): 2”. This property is located outside of the City limits. The property is the planned future home of the Redemption City Church, and the church is proposing to extend sewer to the property and to the farthest end of the property to allow other areas the ability to connect to City sewer if they become developed. The applicant has requested approval.
