Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the utility relocation agreement (COF Contract No. 2019-0037) with Mallory Valley Utility District.

 

Background

As of part of the East McEwen Drive Roundabout Improvements project, a MVUD water line required relocation.  COF Contract No. 2019-0037 provides the terms in which this relocation will occur.

 

Financial Impact

There is no funding tied directly to this contract.  The actual cost of labor and equipment to provide the necessary relocation were included in the project’s construction contract.
