Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a recommendation for approval of a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.

 

Background

Date of Request: 12/31/19

SFUE’s Requested: 1

Domestic Water Meter Size(s): ¾”

 

This property is located outside of the City limits.  Staff recommends that this availability request be approved.  The planned Henpeck Interceptor crosses this property, and the plans call for service taps to be installed for this tract as part of the overall project.  This applicant has requested approval.
