body

Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2015-0052.

Background

On March 24, 2015, the BOMA approved a PSA (COF Contract No. 2015-0052) with SEI to produce final construction plans for the East McEwen Drive Phase 4 Improvements, between Cool Springs Boulevard and Wilson Pike.  On April 11, 2017 and April 24, 2018, the Board approved Amendment No. 1 to the PSA to allow for some needed design revisions.

An additional amendment is required to address comments provided by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.  These revisions are needed to obtain approval on the Preliminary Plans and obtain the NTP for Right-of-Way.

Financial Impact

$82,589.32 to be paid out of the CIP fund as determined by the Finance Department.
