Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF Contract No. 2017-0097 with Provident Funding Associates, L.P.
Background
As a part of the Murfreesboro Road Sidewalk project, the City acquired right-of-way and temporary easements from the property at 609 Murfreesboro Road. As a part of this acquisition process, the City also requested a partial release and consent to easement from Provident Funding Associates, L.P., who is the actual title holder for this property.
Financial Impact
There is no financial impact with this agreement.
