Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of an electrical easement at 119 Ewingville Drive by the City of Franklin to Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTEMC).
Background
When upgrading electrical lines and equipment, MTEMC typically obtains a new easement from each affected property owner. MTEMC requested a new easement from the City on the property at 119 Ewingville Drive. This property was purchased in 2012 by the City due to previous flooding issues.
