Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a minor organizational chart change to the Revenue Management Department.

 

Background

This resolution requests the reorganization of the Revenue Management Department to eliminate one (1) Account Management Supervisor and replace it with a new Billings/Collection Technician. This reclassification of an existing position will assist the department in more specialized processing of collections activities and improve efficiency.

 

Financial Impact

There will be minimal to no financial impact in FY 2020 as a result of Resolution 2020-16.
