Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a license agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) to allow the City to construct and maintain the planned multi-use trail along SR-96 West from Vera Valley Drive to 5th Avenue North.
