Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a minor update to the Franklin Municipal Code to reference the pending adoption of the Franklin Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map.
Background
The Franklin Municipal Code references September 25, 2007 as the adoption date for the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. This Ordinance, 2019-38, revises the adoption date to December 10, 2019, which aligns with the third reading of the Franklin Zoning Ordinance and Map.
