Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a typographical error in the agenda caption and staff memorandum for Addendum 1 to Contract 2019-0139 SE Park Design for design services performed by Lose Designs for the Southeast Municipal Complex.
Background
On October 8,2019, Contract 2019-0139 Addendum 1 was approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The agenda caption and staff memo contained a typographical error in that it stated the amount of Addendum 1 to Contract 2019-0139 was for an “Amount Not to Exceed $209,500.00.” The correct amount in the caption and memorandum should have stated an “Amount Not to Exceed $212,500.00.” The contract had the correct amount listed, but the agenda caption and memorandum did not.

There is no financial impact.

Staff notified the Assistant City Recorder of the City of Franklin, Tennessee of the error. This memorandum serves as notice to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the error.
