Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2019-0312.

 

Background

The Board approved the extension of the Aspen Grove Greenway Trail along Spencer Creek as part of the CIP.  The length of the new portion of trail is approximately 3,000 LF and will generally follow Spencer Creek from the existing trail terminus behind NHC to Mack Hatcher Parkway.

 

Financial Impact

$23,000 is the cost associated with the preliminary design and acquisition services.
