Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2019-0067, COF 2019-0068, COF 2019-0069, COF 2019-0070

 

Background

The McEwen Place PUD Subdivision is required to install a traffic signal at the intersection of McEwen Drive and Aspen Grove Drive.  These easements are required to accommodate the mast arms and signal equipment.

 

Financial Impact

There is no financial impact to the City of Franklin.
