Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to notify and provide information to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) regarding the sponsorship agreement approved on behalf of BOMA between the City of Franklin and Mars Petcare.
Background
The City entered into an agreement with Mars Petcare for sponsorship of the 2019 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Mars sponsors the photo trailer booth and will receive, among other recognitions, their logo on each of the photos; event promotion on the City’s social media; and mention in all news releases. Other items received in exchange for the sponsorship are listed on the attached agreement.
Financial Impact
The City will receive $3,000.
