Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Contract 2018-0151, the contract with the National Research Center for the purpose of conducting the 2019 National Citizen’s Survey on the City’s behalf in early 2019.
Background
The City partnered with the National Research Center in FY 2019 for the purpose of again conducting the National Citizens Survey. This was accomplished. This item is simply to report out the contract that was signed by the City Administrator on the Board’s behalf because it was under $25,000.
Financial Impact
This item has no financial impact. The contract which was signed, however, was less than $25,000, and fully budgeted and fully expensed in the FY 2019 budget.
