Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.

This property is located outside of the City limits and is within an acceptable distance to the City’s sewer mains. When the Five Mile Creek interceptor was constructed, the applicant was granted a waiver of fees for one sanitary sewer tap in conjunction with an agreement for dedication of easement for utility construction recorded with Williamson County. The applicant is requesting a sewer tap for his main residence in addition to a connection for an accessory structure located on the eastern side of his property. A copy of the agreement is attached.
