The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request for denial of sewer availability for the above referenced property.

Domestic Water Meter Size(s): ¾” (Milcrofton Utility District)
This property is located inside the City limits but is to be served with Sanitary Sewer Service by the City of Brentwood. Ordinance 2007-19, entered into by the City of Franklin and Brentwood , indicates that areas which naturally drain into Brentwood will lie within the Brentwood corporate limits.
