Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Resolution 2019-70, A Resolution Authorizing Condemnation for the Acquisition of Easements for the Shadow Green Sanitary Sewer Project.

Consideration City staff and contractors have been unable to acquire necessary easements for the Shadow Green Sanitary Sewer Project. Therefore, the condemnation process should move forward. The address of this property is 112 Alpha Drive.
