Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of a utility easement in order to install necessary domestic water upgrades.
Background
The Township PUD Subdivision is required to make offsite improvements to the City of Franklin domestic water infrastructure on the 206 London Lane property. There are existing City of Franklin utilities in this location without an easement encompassing them. This easement is required to make the necessary improvements and for the City to properly maintain infrastructure in the future. The developer has agreed to fulfill additional requests made by the 206 London Lane property owner.
Financial Impact
There is no financial impact to the City of Franklin.
