Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.

This property is located outside of the City limits and is within an acceptable distance to the City’s Sewer mains. The existing residence at 1819 Hillsboro Road currently has sanitary sewer and water provided by the City of Franklin. Sanitary sewer and water is being requested for an additional residence to be constructed on the above referenced parcel. The additional residence will be addressed as 1821 Hillsboro Road.
