Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement for Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2019-0174) for the Sturbridge Pointe Easement Relocation.
Background
The purpose of the Sturbridge Pointe Easement Relocation is to correct the easement location so that it properly identifies the location of the Sanitary Sewer line.
