Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning payroll procedures for the City of Franklin. 

 

Background

Whereas payroll policy resides in the Human Resources Manual,  this document provides guidance to employees and supervisors for payroll processing.
