Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of Temporary Easement for the roadway construction connecting the Shadow Green development with the City owned property on Century Court.
Background
The Shadow Green development is required to construct an access road that ties into the existing City owned property on Century Court. The following contract reflect the dedication of this easement needed to construct the roadway: COF Contract 2019-0076 Dedication for Temporary Easement Agreement.
