Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the provision of attainable housing units and expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the City of Franklin Housing program.
Background
The attached presentation provides a brief update on attainable housing activities in the current fiscal year.
Financial Impact
Activities of the City of Franklin is support of attainable housing are funded through the Community Development Block Grant program and other incentives established by the City.
