Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of Easements for the McEwen Drive and Aspen Grove Drive signal installation.
Background
The McEwen Town Center development is required to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of McEwen Drive and Aspen Grove Drive. The following contracts reflect the dedication of these easements needed to construct the traffic signal: COF Contract 2019-0067 Dedication for Easement Agreement with NR McEwen Property Owner LLC., COF Contract 2019-0068 Dedication for Easement Agreement with NR McEwen Property Owner LLC. And COF Contract 2019-0070 Dedication for Easement Agreement with KBSIII 1550 West McEwen Dr LLC.
