Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the maintenance and inspection activities performed in the City’s wastewater collection system.
Background
On May 10, 2016, the City of Franklin and the Harpeth Conservancy (HC) entered into a settlement agreement pertaining to the Clean Water Act claims against the City by the HC. One of the terms of the agreement is to present to the BOMA a quarterly report regarding maintenance and inspection activities within the wastewater collection system.
