Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning stage rental for the Franklin Fire Dept. Awards Ceremony on May 13, 2019
Background
The annual Franklin Fire Department award ceremony will be held at the Williamson Co. Enrichment Center and requires a stage for presenting awards. This contract is for the rental of a stage from Southern Events.
Financial Impact
The cost for the rental ($763.68) will be absorbed by the Fire Department’s general fund operating budget.
