Filming Agreement with Chrisley Knows Best/Bright Road Productions (City Contract No. 2019-0088).
Purpose:
The purpose of this memorandum is to report execution of City Contract No. 2019-0088 with Bright Road Productions for a photo shoot waiver with the City of Franklin.
Background:
A release, indemnity and hold harmless agreement dated March 8, 2019 between Bright Road Productions, Inc. and the City of Franklin in connection with a photography/film shoot at the Franklin Fire Station 8 in connection with the television program entitled “Chrisley Knows Best”.
Financial Impact:
City Contract No. 2019-0088 as executed with Bright Road Productions has no monetary impact to the City of Franklin.
