Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning City of Franklin Contract No. 2019-0049, An Agreement With Robert Jeffrey Fulmer and Sonja Ann Fulmer (Tax Map 052 Parcel 03900) Recorded In Deed Book 6793 Page 643 In Williamson County TN.

Background
A sewer availability request was received August 29, 2018 from the owners at 999 Scramblers Knob, a property located in Williamson County. The following timeline of events occurred regarding this sewer availability request:
