The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning The Franklin Fire Department Pet Photo Contest .  Presentation of Mars Petcare gift baskets to winners and introduction of pets (if present).  The unveiling of banner designs will take place.
