Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement of Dedication of Temporary Construction Easement (COF Contract No. 2018-0065) with Connie Tucker Robeson for the Holiday Court Pump Station Upgrade Project.

 

Background

The existing pump station was installed in the 1960s and is in need of an upgrade.  This upgrade will include a new wet well, valve vault, flow meter and emergency pump connection. The pump station is on the property owned by the Robeson Trust and this easement was needed to provide access to it.

 

Financial Impact

The cost of the easement was $11,375.00 and is included in the project cost that is funded from the Sewer Operating Budget.
