The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement for Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2019-0002) for the Franklin Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.
Background
Currently the properties on the west side of Franklin Road at Mallory Station Road are not served with sanitary sewer.
