The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement for Dedication of Easement (2018-0072) for the Bobby Drive Water Line Improvements Project
Background
This easement is necessary for the Bobby Drive water line improvements.
Financial Impact
The cost of this easement is Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars and 00/100 ($12,430.00) and will be funded from the Water Operations Budget.
