Background/Staff Comments
McEwen Town Center PUD was last revised in 2018 for Block A based on the previous Concept Plan (2006). This Development Plan revision contains 347,900 square feet of commercial and retail space (approved under the entitlements) and associated roadway and parking improvements. This development plan revision is consistent with Envision Franklin and the intent of the Concept Plan.

Project Considerations are not conditions of this approval, but are intended to highlight issues that should be considered in the overall site design or may be required when more detailed plans are submitted for review. These items are not meant to be exhaustive and all City requirements and ordinances must be met with each plan submittal.

This block will be developed in two or more phases by Boyle Nashville. Structured parking will need to be shown at the appropriate site plan.
