Background/Staff Comments

In March 2018, the FMPC Bylaws were amended to reduce the number of meetings in a year from twelve to eleven. The goal of this change was to avoid scheduling conflicts with multiple holidays at the end of the year.

Within the bylaws, there is a list of specific months in which performance and maintenance agreements and sureties for landscaping shall not be released, reduced, or extended.  After the bylaws amendment in March 2018, staff recognized the need to update this list, as to sync up with the revised schedule.
