Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the financial report for the 2nd Quarter of FY 2019. 

 

Background

At the end of each quarter in the fiscal year, a financial report is provided to the Budget and Finance Committee as to the City’s financial position.
