Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Boozer and Company, PC for Appraisal Services for the Franklin Road Corridor Improvements.

 

Background

Because of the future reconstruction of the Harpeth River bridge by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), it is necessary that the acquisition of right-of-way and easements from two (2) tracts comply with TDOT requirements. Boozer and Company, PC is prequalified with TDOT to provide such an appraisal.

 

Financial Impact

Total amount of the PSA will $9,500.00.  The funding for current project expenses is from the Capital Projects Fund, via the 2017 General Obligations bond.
