Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to renew Premier Support Services from Microsoft.
Background
In keeping with recent practice, staff recommends the City continue utilizing Tennessee statewide contract for this purchase. This agreement provides the City of Franklin with a higher level of support with Microsoft, which overall enhances the IT Department’s ability to provide support to the City Departments.
Financial Impact
The value of this purchase is $68,680.
