Agreement with Infor Public Sector Inc. for Software as a Service (SaaS) purchase of Infor Rhythm for Civics Subscription (COF Contract No 2018-0256).

Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the agreement between the City of Franklin and Infor Public Sector to start a Software as a Service subscription for Infor’s Rhythm for Civics software.
Background
This was an approved program enhancement for FY19. This software allows for interaction with citizens from a customer service standpoint and allows for interaction with contractors to apply for permits and inspections.
Financial Impact
This yearly subscription is $31,000. This replaces our current Dynamic Portal application, which cost $27,000 a year. The net is $4,000 additional over what we were paying.
