Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2018-0246
Background
As part of the McEwen Phase IV project the City will be repairing the parapet wall on the existing bridge over CSX Right-of-Way. This requires a permit from CSX. This agreement pays CSX to review the preliminary engineering associated with the project.
Financial Impact
CSXT has estimated the total cost associated with the preliminary Engineering to be $10,000.
