Background/Staff Comments
The purpose of this plat is to create two lots and create an easement for the properties located at 1319 & 1325 West Main St. Lot 1 and the associated easements are part of the Village at West Main PUD Subdivision. The development plan was approved on October 13, 2015 and the amended site plan was approved on May 29th, 2018. Lot 2 is being created because the lot had not been previously platted and an easement is needed within the property boundaries. No additional plans for redeveloping Lot 2 have been submitted at this time.
