The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning is to recommend denial of a request for sewer availability for the above referenced property.

Staff recommends that this availability request be denied. The lot was platted within the county as a lot “not approved for building permit until further evaluation from the Health Department and Planning Commission”. This lot is within a reasonable distance from existing sanitary sewer infrastructure; however, existing contours would not allow for sewer to flow by gravity to the existing infrastructure.
