Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a professional services agreement (PSA) to update the Lockwood Glen Development Plan.
Background
The purpose of this PSA is to revise the Lockwood Glen PUD Development Plan to remove the +/- 72 acre property and a rezoning of the PUD to establish a new entitlement density for the SD-R base zone of the remaining subdivision.
Financial Impact
$9,500.00 paid out of the CIP fund associated with the Southeast Municipal Complex.
